How can I sign up for Zemgo?
Via Internet: If you come across one of the Zemgo promotion banners online, you may decide to try. (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize). If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free confirmation message. The moment you confirm this confirmation message, you are now officially in the race to win the prize.
Via SMS: If you come across one of the Zemgo promotions on television, you may decide to try. (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize). Text your answer, or in case you do not have to answer a question, the keyword, to the mentioned short code (e.g. SMS IPHONE to 42900). You will receive a free welcome message. The moment you confirm this welcome message, you can join in on trying to win the prize.

Is it possible for someone else to subscribe me to a service? 
If someone else (accidentally) submits your phone number online, it is not possible for this person to confirm the participation. In that case, you will receive a free welcome message on your mobile phone, which you will need to confirm yourself before you will be subscribed to the service. Please never confirm a message which you did not request yourself.

How can I unsubscribe for Zemgo? 
A customer can unsubscribe to a service at any time by sending STOP to 42900. Another way to unsubscribe to a service is to contact our customer service at 082 235 04 50. Please always mention your mobile phone number.

How much is it to participate? 
Depending on the service you are subscribed to, you will be charged at either R3 or R4.99 per message. The cost of the service is mentioned in the information messages you receive before and after you subscribe.

Services priced at R3
After you subscribed to the service of your choice, you will pay R3 per received message tip. The minimum service costs per week are R21. The R21 will be billed by receiving a daily tip. Please note that the sent message cost is not including the standard text tariff stated by your operator. For all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them.

Services priced at R4.99
After you subscribed to the service of your choice, you will pay R4.99 per received message tip. The minimum service costs per week are R34.93. The R34.93 will be billed by receiving a daily tip. Please note that the sent message cost is not including the standard text tariff stated by your operator. For all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them.

How many messages will I receive?
You will daily receive a tip (e.g. love tips) at R3 per message received. Every three days, you will also receive one question for the battle of knowledge free of charge, and only if you answer the question, would you be charged R3 or R4.99  (depending on the battle) only for the subsequent question. You will need to answer the questions correctly in order to accumulate points. The service system will continuously send additional questions each time you answer the previous questions. In the event no question is answered by you, no additional question will be sent to you on the same day. Please note that the sent message cost is not including the standard text tariff stated by your operator. For all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them.

When will the service expire?
The service is a subscription which will continue until you decide to unsubscribe. If the promotion to which you are subscribed ends, you will automatically be entered into the next promotion. The term of the different promotions can be found under ‘products and prizes’ on www.zemgo.com

For which prizes will I play?
Every three days, you will receive a message which will tell you for which prize you are playing and how many points you have gained. Besides, all services and the accompanied prizes are mentioned on the page ‘products and prizes.

How can I win the prize?
For every puzzle you have solved, you will earn points. You need to score as many points as possible in order to win the prize. At the close of the promotion, the winner will be the person with the highest score. In the case if there is more than one player with an equal score (draw), the number of wrongly answered puzzles will be taken into account. The player with the least wrongly answered questions will win the prize. If there is also a draw in the number of wrongly answered question, an open question will be sent to the players who have the same highest score with the same number of wrongly answered questions. The player who answers this question correct or will win the prize. If this is a draw too, this process will be repeated until a winner has been selected.

Global prize: At the close of the promotion, the winner from each country will be selected. The winner from each country will be the person with the highest score. Subsequently the winner with highest score will be called to answer a final question (this will be a demand approach). The person who approaches the correct answer most closely will be the winner of the prize.

When will I hear whether or not I won a prize?
Within 5 working days after closing a promotion, the winner will be contacted via their mobile phone number that was used in the subscription. If this person cannot be reached, number 2 will be called. This process will repeat itself until we can get a hold of someone. The winner will be called during one week, twice a day. If the phone is not answered, no claims can be made to the prize. The results are not open to correspondence.

Will I always receive the price promoted?
The Promoter reserves the right to offer cash as an alternative to replace the prize in whole or in part.
If replaced by cash the prize will be one of equivalent or greater value. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or severable.

When will I receive my prize?
The prizes will be delivered at the address provided by the winner within 2 months after being provided the address by the winner, or in case of a cash prize, credited to an appointed account number after being provided with the account number of the winner. ZEMGO reserves the right to replace the product / service with a similar product / service of equal value. The prize must be accepted as offered, and is not transferable or severable. ZEMGO is not responsible for delays caused by mail or other suppliers.

Where will the winners be mentioned?
The list of winners will be uploaded on this website under “winners”.

Who will be excluded from participating?
Everyone under 18 years old, and without permission of their legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill. Employees of R&D Media or affiliated companies are also excluded from participating. 

My child has entered, I did not grant permission for this, how is this possible?
On our landing pages and in our TV commercials, it is clearly stated that people under the age of 18 years old are excluded from participating, unless they have permission from a legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill.  By subscribing and/or participating in the service, we presume that the participant in the quiz has obtained the necessary permission, consent or approval from the legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for this. To unsubscribe your child, please send (with the concerned phone number) STOP to 42900. Another way to unsubscribe the service your child has subscribed to is to contact our customer service at 082 235 04 50. Please always mention your mobile phone number. 

Can I play for more prizes at one time?
It is possible to play for multiple prizes at once. The points you have gained during playing will be registered per service. 

Will my total score be maintained if I unsubscribe?
The moment you unsubscribe for a prize, your total of gained points will be maintained, and you will still have a chance at that prize. The points will be saved until the term of the promotion ends.
