How can I sign up for Zemgo?
If you come across one of the Zemgo-promotions via internet you may subscribe to it by playing the quiz online and then following the instruction (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize or purchase the prize at a special price). Upon submitting your mobile number online, our system will send you an opt in message. Thereafter, SMS the specified keyword to the allocated short code as stated in the opt-in message (e.g. sms <IPHONE> to 77887). You will know that you have successfully registered when you receive a free welcome message.

Is it possible for someone else to subscribe me to a service? 
If someone else (accidentally) submits your phone number online, it is NOT possible for this person to confirm the participation. In that case, you will receive an opt-in message on your mobile phone, which you will need to reply by sending an SMS the specified keyword to the allocated short code as stated in the opt-in message (e.g. sms <IPHONE> to 77887) yourself before you will be subscribed to the service. Please do not confirm a message which you did not request yourself.

How can I unsubscribe for Zemgo? 
You may unsubscribe to a service at any time by sending STOP to 77887. Another way to unsubscribe to a service is to contact our customer service at 6477 9155. Please always mention your mobile phone number.

How much is it to participate? 
When you subscribed to the service of your choice, you will pay SGD$2 per received message.  The frequency of the service will depend on the type of service of your choice which you have subscribed to. Please note that the sent message cost is not including the standard SMS, GPRS or 3G tariff as stated in your mobile phone plan provided by your operator. For all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them.

How many messages will I receive?
Three times a week you receive an overview of the number of points you have gained to date including a new puzzle/ question. You may decide to score extra points by playing at any given moment by answering as many questions and solving as many puzzles as you wish. For every correct answer our services system will continuously sent you additional puzzle/question. For every wrong answer, you will receive a message with the same puzzle.

When will the service expire?
The service is a subscription which will continue until you decide to unsubscribe. If the promotion to which you are subscribed ends, you will automatically be entered into the next promotion. The term of the different promotions can be found under ‘Products and Prizes’ on www.zemgo.com

For which prizes will I play?
Three times a week, you will receive a message which will tell you for which prize you are playing and how many points you have gained. Besides, all services and the accompanied prizes are mentioned on the page ‘Products and Prizes’.

How can I win the prize?
For every puzzle/question you have solved, you will earn points. You need to score as many points as possible in order to win the prize. At the close of the promotion, the winner will be the person with the highest score. If there is more than one person with the highest score, the person who reaches the highest score at the fastest time recorded in our database will be the winner.

Global prize: At the close of the promotion, the winner from each country will be selected. The winner from each country will be the person with the highest score. Subsequently the winner with highest score will be called to answer a final question (this will be a demand approach). The person who approaches the correct answer most closely will be the winner of the prize.

When will I hear whether or not I won a prize?
Within 30 working days after the closing of the promotion, the winner will be contacted via their mobile phone number that was used in the subscription. Please refer to the 'General Terms and Conditions’ for further details.

When will I receive my prize?
Upon being notified as the winner, the winner has 60 days from the date of notification to collect or to provide R&D Media winner’s address to which the prize must be sent to. If winner fails to collect the prize or provide the address to sent to prize to or be in contact with R&D Media within 60 days after being notified, the prize won will be forfeited and R&D Media shall no longer be required to give winner the prize. The prize will then be given to the second highest points winner with also the same 60 days time period to collect or providing R&D Media the forwarding address to send the prize to. If the prize is sent to the winner’s address R&D Media will not be held responsible and/or liable for any damages or losses of the prize that may incur. ZEMGO reserves the right to replace the product / service with a similar product / service of equal value. The prize must be accepted as offered, and is not transferable or severable. ZEMGO is not responsible for delays caused by mail or other suppliers.

Who will be excluded from participating?
Everyone under 18 years old, and without permission of their legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill. Employees of R&D Media and its affiliated companies are also excluded from participating. 

My child has entered, I did not grant permission for this, how is this possible?
On our landing pages, it is clearly stated that people under the age of 18 years old are excluded from participating, unless they have permission from a legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill.  By subscribing and/or participating in the service, we presume that the participant in the quiz has obtained the necessary permission, consent or approval from the legal representative, guardian or payer of the mobile phone bill. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for this. To unsubscribe your child, please send (with the concerned phone number) STOP to 77887. Another way to unsubscribe the service your child has subscribed to is to contact our customer service at 64779155. Please always mention your mobile phone number. 

Can I play for more prizes at one time?
It is possible to play for multiple prizes at once. The points you have gained during playing will be registered per service. 

Will my total score be maintained if I unsubscribe?
The moment you unsubscribe for a prize, your total of gained points will be maintained, and you will still have a chance at that prize. The points will be saved until the term of the promotion ends.
